Dr. Hao Wang's primary academic focus is mine water hazard prevention and disaster control, as well as environmental remediation in mining areas. He has published 33 papers and won 16 academic awards on these topics. Dr. Wang has led or participated in more than 20 scientific research projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Technology Support Program Foundation, and National Key Research and Development Program Foundation. He also participated in China's top-level design project on mine water prevention and control, sponsored by the National Coal Mine Safety Administration China.
