Walter Williams draws on his extensive American experience of central government management and analysis to recommend critical structure changes in the organisation of government in Britain.
Born in Seattle, Washington, Walter Williams Jr. has been writing since the age of ten, mostly writing plays. His first play, "A Shade of Gray," won first place in a competition, resulting in its production at the Langston Hughes Cultural Arts Center. His earliest efforts have been drama and detective novels, particularly where the subject matter is controversial. Walter is a huge horror fan and his favorite tv show is the Twilight Zone.
