"My Warrior Pose" is a story for children - lots of children - who have big worries or stress in an area of their life that can affect their moods, feelings and potential. Jesse Reggae was one of those kids, until one day, Jesse's P.E. teacher introduced her to a new way of using her body, mind and breath - yoga and mindful breathing, to help her find her calm and balance. While Jesse's newfound skills, especially her favorite warrior pose cannot eliminate all of her worries, they do help her gain a better understanding of what stress is, and healthy skills she can use to thrive under pressure!
