Helen has had a passion for art since she was a young child, which inspired her to earn a Fine Arts Degree and later a Graduate Diploma in Education. Now as an Art Psychotherapist she works with children Special Needs and Behavioural Needs children in schools.Children and her love for animals, are her inspiration for writing and illustrating this book. Helen took up writing and illustrating children's books to help children, parents and educators to appreciate and understand children's emotions and feelings. Helen uses animal characteristics to express the different feelings children may have on a daily basis.She hopes that this book will inspire children, parents and educators to explore all feelings and provoke discussions confidently.
