Biografische Anmerkung

Lucky lives in a kitchen with Tony and Theresa, who teach him how to be the swamp wallaby he really is. Where's Lucky? is a charmingly illustrated story about wildlife, caring and kindness.

Jacqui Halpin's passion for children's literature started when reading bedtime stories to her children. They outgrew their childhood books but Jacqui never did. Jacqui writes junior fiction, picture books, and short stories (for adults and children). Her short stories appear in anthologies by Stringybark Publishing and Creative Kids Tales. Jacqui’s first picture book, Parmesan the Reluctant Racehorse, was published by Little Pink Dog Books in 2017. While writing and editing, Jacqui loves to sip tea from fine china and eat copious amounts of chocolate. She has a love of bookshops, and should never be allowed to enter the children's book section with a credit card in her possession. Please visit Jacqui’s website at www.jacquihalpin.com

Sandra Severgnini owned an art gallery and retail store before finally deciding it was well and truly time to nurture her lifetime passion and focus on children’s picture books. Her fascination with the magical natural world around her inspires her words and brings sensitivity and humour to her illustrations.
