LifeLight is a series of in-depth Bible studies. The goal of LifeLight is that through a regular program of in-depth personal and group study of Scripture, more and more Christian adults may grow in their personal faith in Jesus Christ, enjoy fellowship with the members of His body, and reach out in love to others in witness and service. In-depth means that this Bible study includes the following four components: - Individual daily home study - Discussion in a small group - Lecture presentation on the Scripture portion under study - An enhancement of the week's material (through reading the enrichment magazine.) Acts, Part I - Study Guide leads participants through a study of Acts. Acts Part I includes: - The Church is Prepared for Pentecost - The Church is Empowered by the Holy Spirit - The Church Proclaims the Word with Great Boldness - The Church Meets Both Internal and External Challenges - The Church Has Its First Martyr - The Church Takes the Gospel to Samaria and Beyond - The Church Receives an Unlikely Convert - The Church Affirms Gentile Converts as Equals with Jews - The Church Thrives Despite Persecution
