Professor Grosman describes and analyses the prosecutor's informal relations with the police and defence lawyers, and the significance these relationships have for the accused and for the fair administration of justice.

Brian A. Grosman Q.C., leads the Toronto-based team for Levitt and Grosman LLP Employment and Labour Law firm. He is a former Professor of Law at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law and at McGill University in Montreal. He has been a special lecturer on employment law throughout Canada and the United States. He was a guest lecturer at the University of Free Berlin, in Berlin, Germany.
