ELIZABETH BADDELEY obtained her MFA in illustration from the School of Visual Arts. Prior to working full time as a freelance illustrator, Elizabeth worked for 5 years at Hallmark Cards. Her first children's book A Woman in the House (and Senate) was released this year. She lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
