Jake Koenig is not the person he seems to be. For the past eleven years he appeared to be an easy going retired machinist living with his beautiful wife Suzanne in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In fact, he is the Dutchman, a retired killer for hire, and just possibly the world's deadliest assassin in modern history.

As his past begins to catch up to the Dutchman, he confides his past to the son of his neighbor, Pat Montoya. Pat lived next door to Jake for years before he became a reporter for the local newspaper.

Through this discourse, Pat discovers he grew up living next door to the man who was the shooter on the Grassy Knoll in Dallas on November 22nd of 1963. This revelation and the actions the Dutchman has to take to stay alive is about to change their lives forever.
