The year is 1936, and the 19XX organization travels to Tibet to prevent the General made of metal, known as the Shining Skull, from spreading destruction and Civil War. In this epic third book in the 19XX series, the group finds themselves searching for an ancient and mysterious power that promises to end all wars forever. But if they find it, will they choose to use it? And if so, what price will they pay?

Currently residing in Ventura, California, Paul Roman Martinez holds a degree in Communications and minored in History and Asian studies. He was nominated twice for most promising newcomer at the Eisner awards during the 2011 and 2012 San Diego Comic Con. He was also chosen to be one of 50 creative business people from all over the United States to participate in the 2013 Scion Motivate conference for his writing and illustration work. Paul also is co-owner of Arsenal Comics & Games in Newbury Park and Ventura, CA.
