Her research focuses on innovating methodological approaches in audience, reception, and fan studies. Bertha Chin is lecturer in the School of Design and Arts at Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak, and coeditor of Crowdfunding the Future: Media Industries, Ethics and Digital Society.
