Carol Thompson is a Senior Lecturer in Teacher Education and Mentoring. Carol has had a range of teaching and management roles within the further education sector and for the past 10 years has been training teachers and mentors within the department of Teacher Education at the University of Bedfordshire. In addition she is an active researcher and a Fellow of the Further Education Trust for Leadership.
