Paula Brough is a Professor of Organizational Psychology in the School of Applied Psychology, Griffith University, Australia. Paula conducts research in organisational psychology with a specific focus on occupational health psychology. Paula's primary research areas include: occupational stress, employee health and wellbeing, work-life balance, and the psychosocial work environment. Paula assesses how work environments can be improved via job redesign, supportive leadership practices, and enhanced equity to improve employee health, work commitment, and productivity. Paula is an Editorial Board member of Journal of Organisational Behavior, Work and Stress, and the International Journal of Stress Management.
