James Jameson is an ambitious investment banker at Heritage Pacific Bank; an investment house with a reputation for backing high risk, cutting edge opportunities. When a start-up company calling itself Oceanic approaches Heritage with a concept its inventors claim will end world hunger and reverse climate change, Jameson is not convinced. But when the entire project becomes his responsibility, Jameson finds his career may depend on the success of a very risky venture. In charge of a team conducting investigations into the potential of Oceanic, Jameson is sent to the sleepy town of Collins Cove to review the business, and discovers that life away from the city is not all bad.
