Luo Xuanmin, Ph.D., is Junwu Chair Professor and Dean of School of Foreign Languages and Literatures at Guangxi University and Director of the Center for Translation and Interdisciplinary Studies of Tsinghua Universality. His publications include books and translations with various publishers and various journals at home and abroad. His monograph Translation and Chinese Modernity (2017) is being translated into four languages (Russian, English, Spanish, and Korean) under a translation project supported by China National Foundation for Humanities and Social Science.
Hu Zhengmao, Ph.D. is associate professor at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. A five-time winner of Han Suyin National Translation Competition and champion of the First Cankao Xiaoxi National English Translation Contest (2009), Hu Zhengmao's previous publications include "Etymology and Sememe Analysis in Translation" (Babel 55:2) and Loanwords in the Chinese Language (2021).
