John A. Baldwin was born and raised in the Chicago area. He worked for a major electrical power utility for over thirty-two years. John loves to educate; through this book he will help the reader understand how to repair the issues we face today.

The author is nothing more than a concerned citizen of the United States who wishes to help people understand the challenges and pitfalls that we are all facing today in these tough economic times. He was employed for over thirty-two years in the same industry and now has become one of the thousands of unemployed Americans; he felt the need to look for answers.

While raising five children, he has experienced the challenges that most people will face today in our world. The most important challenges that need to be addressed are greed and the lack of education in this country; these are problems that are growing rapidly with no viable solutions being mounted by our government.
