Greed and corruption is fueling the quest for ivory. Herds of elephants are mysteriously dropping dead at water holes in Zimbabwe's Hwange National Park. It is up to Hector Kaminjolo, the newly hired ZimParks superintendent to discover the cause. A gang of Poachers, led by a local chief, is using cyanide to poison elephants and Hector and his rangers must stop them. Environmentalists Piet and Jessica van Rooyen step in to aid Hector and his men in their battle with the gang. It sets off a terrifying series of events in which lives hang in the balance, and Piet's ultimate survival depends on a small herd of elephants that he and Jessica had earlier rescued.
