Frank Schalow is University Research Professor of Philosophy at the University of New Orleans. He has written several books on Heidegger's thinking, including Departures: At the Crossroads between Heidegger and Kant (2013) and The Incarnality of Being: The Earth, Animals, and the Body in Heidegger's Thought. (2006). Currently, he is co-editor of the international journal, Heidegger Studies.
