This book series is based on episodes from a popular animated television show, which airs on Netflix and PBS Sprout in America and on the Disney Junior channel in Canada.

Brandon Scott is the creator and art director of Justin Time, an animated TV series broadcast on Netflix and other channels worldwide. He is the author of the children's picture book Justin Time: The Pancake Express. At Guru Studio, he has worked as an art director and designer. Previously, Brandon was an illustrator at JibJab Media. Guru Studio is a Toronto animation production studio that provides financing, concept development, pre- and post-production, marketing, and distribution of animated video content for all platforms.
