Vetere's poetry is built on a beautiful, spare language that keeps him always on point. At times bracing and revealing, he is also capable of infusing his poetry with a good dose of sober comedy.

Richard Vetere was born in New York City. He is the author of The Third Miracle, and co-author of the screenplay adaptation for producer Francis Ford Coppola. An avid playwright, his works include: Caravaggio; Machiavelli; One Shot, One Kill; and Gangster Apparel. Vetere also wrote the novel BAROQUE and the cult-classic film Vigilante.
