Around Labor Day, 1994, my home state was getting ready to have it's first execution in my lifetime. Souls in the church and outside the church were debating Capital Punishment.A thought came to my mind which could have come from the Holy Spirit. Do I know if the man who is to die has repented of his crimes. So I wrote him.
