Sarah Ann, a small tugboat, desperately tries to show that she can keep up with the big tugboats! When a storm blows in, Sarah Ann is quick to help the adult tug boats, but when her brother tags along and gets in the way, Sarah Ann must decide who it is that she is going to help.
