D. Harrison-Greenaway is a trailblazing businesswoman, a strategic innovator, and a purposeful change agent. She has a diverse background which includes working for the United States Department of Defense. Diedra was elected as a Budget Advocate for the City of Los Angeles, where she served as a Budget Committee Member for the City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulations. She studied the process of administering the commercial cannabis licensing and regulatory programs established by the Los Angeles City Council, as well as the details associated with the process of making licensing decisions and recommendations to the cannabis regulations commission. Her hands-on experience was acquired as the General Manager of one of the top cannabis businesses in California. In four years, she helped make this company into a multi-million-dollar empire.

She is proficient in areas of executive business management, strategic marketing, operations, accounting, sales, customer service, Metrc (Marijuana Enforcement Tracking and Reporting Compliance), and business consulting services to include cannabis real estate. She is the owner of Greenspace Business Solutions, located in Los Angeles, CA.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, D. Harrison-Greenaway earned an MBA and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration with Upsilon Phi Delta honors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge located in Southern California.
