Ministry took on a deeper passion as Rev. Cheryl dealt with her own journey through cancer. In writing this book she drew on her personal, professional and spiritual insights along with lessons and feelings she learned from others regarding their journey. This culminated in a devotional for cancer patients, family members, friends and caregivers. Reverend Cheryl Taylor is an ordained minister in the AME church. She serves as the Minister of Christian Education at St. John AME Church in Columbus, Ohio.
