Biografische Anmerkung

Our Animal Friends are at it again traveling homeward bound on a ship. Homeward bound they meet new friends and learn about new places. They meet Thomas the sea turtle and Alicia the albatross along with a pod of whales going to their home along the coastal waters of South Africa. Sebastian the owl tells us that home for each of us is where our heart is the happiest!

James Benedict was born shortly after WWII as a baby boomer. Grew-up in Maine and went to the Maine Maritime Academy graduating with a BS degree in Engineering, Commission for the United States Navy and License as a Third Engineer. After shipping on the seas to Africa, entered a Benedictine Monastery to study for the priesthood and took the name of Br. James, hence the pen name of James Benedict. He worked for International Paper for 34 years in various management positions. His passions in life taught him a Reverence for God, Respect for life and Honor to strive to do right. In the twilight of his life, he very much enjoys his grandchildren and writing.
