I've always loved writing, and telling stories. Whether that was writing letters to my friends and family when I was at boarding school as a child, or writing emails that eventually turned into blog posts about our move to London. I've also always liked people, and am fascinated by how different and similar we all are and how we all have a unique view of the world around us.My friends and family will tell you that I can't help but notice random things about everything that goes on all around me, and I have an obsessive need to talk - or write - about it. My debut novel, Sweet Charity, which I published in January 2022, became a composite of so much of that; many notebooks' worth of random observations over many years.If you've read my book - thank you so much for taking a chance on me, a new author!
