Souvik Pal, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Sister Nivedita University (Techno India Group), Kolkata, India. He has more than a decade of academic experience and is an author or co-editor of more than 18 books as well as more than 65 publications in indexed journals and conferences. He is an series editor for several book series and has been the organizing chair, keynote speaker, and proceedings editor of various conferences.

Ton Quang Cuong, PhD, is Dean, Faculty of Educational Technology, University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He has an extensive experience of over 16 years in teacher education, educational technology, and management skills. He assists the university in providing new models of teacher training in Vietnam, in developing research and service in educational management and leadership, and in collaborating with other institutions in Vietnam and overseas.

R. S. S. Nehru, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Education at Sikkim University, Gangtok, Sikkim, India. He has been an invited lecturer at the University of Education, Hanoi, Vietnam. Dr. Nehru has published 14 books as main and co-author and more than 30 edited book chapters related to education and educational technologies as well as several research papers in national and international journals and conferences. He is an editorial board member for two international multidisciplinary journals and was invited to many conferences as chair, keynote speaker, co-chair, and resource person for national workshops on multidisciplinary research.
