Daily devotional commentary on the weekly Torah readings from the book of Numbers/B'Midbar, integrating a Messianic Jewish perspective with the classical Jewish commentators and sources. Each weekly portion is divided into the seven standard readings and a commentary, Hebrew text and pronunciation guide are provided together with suggestions for further study and an application.

Jonathan Allen has recently completed his PhD at Trinity College, Bristol, researching the role of continuing Jewish identity among believers in the UK church. He has been teaching adult groups for more than twenty years. He is the author of a five-volume set of daily readings/devotional studies based on the Synagogue reading cycle, When You Lie Down and When You Rise Up (2011).
