He lives in Wellington, New Zealand with his sons Cameron and Ross. When not serving his clients, Christopher can often be found cheering on his sons and judging the sport of springboard and platform diving.Christopher is the founder of ExpansiveLove.org, whose purpose is to exponentially expand love on the planet through practical tools that lift love for individuals, couples, families, teams, organisations, and communities.

FISH (fulfilment, inspiration, success, and happiness) is almost a side effect of running a successful Strengths-Based Practice - you don't pursue FISH, you experience it by getting lost in your purpose, finding inspiration everywhere you look, celebrating achievements, and feeling deeply grateful and happy for everything in your life.
Leading a Strengths-Based Practice takes courage, but the rewards are infinite.
If you are:
¿ an independent strengths coach or facilitator,
¿ considering making the leap into self-employment,
¿ or you are an established practice owner with a curiosity about a strengths-based approach, this book is for you.
With practical guidance on how to set up the foundations of your practice, and specific strategies to leverage a practice owner's strengths in marketing, selling and client delivery, the content of this book will enhance both your client impact AND your discipline to build a financially resilient practice.
At its heart, Finding FISH in a Strengths-Based Practice identifies strategies and tools you can use to leverage the talent in a small organisation so that the practice owner and their team experience fulfilment, inspiration, success, and happiness on their own terms.
