The Zebs are curious about our world but unsure about who is its leader. They interview various animals in the zoo only to learn that they are looking on the wrong side of the bars. The animals report tat their numbers have been reduced to alarmingly small numbers due to human greed and mismanagement. When they encounter Lester Bascomb, the cluless zookeeper, things go from bad to worse.
