Biografische Anmerkung

A beautiful storybook journey for parents and young children, where kids learn about themselves and self-identity through observing and interacting with nature. Join mom and son on a nature walk, as they play their favorite outdoor game, "Am I like you?" As they happen upon and observe different birds along the trail, each with its own unique personality traits and behaviors, they consider which one they feel most like on that day--a chickadee (highly curious, friendly, talkative, and smart), a Peregrine Falcon (solitary, shrewd, strong, and bold), or another unique bird?

As the story unfolds, young children will have the opportunity to recognize parts of themselves in a variety of birds, and ultimately be able to take a little quiz on AmILikeYou.com to see which birds they are most like.

25% of the net proceeds from the sale of Am I Like You? goes directly to the Cornell Lab to support projects such as children's educational and community programs.
