Biografische Anmerkung

Our responsibility is the "ask or think," and God takes care of the "far more abundantly."
God has called you to be a small-town pastor and grow your church right in your own backyard-but your vision is obscure and your resources are scarce. Take heart, because if God can prosper one church, He can prosper all.
Pastor Johnny H. Moore's Homegrown is both a deeply vulnerable tale of a small-town boy turned homegrown pastor and a practical, hope-filled guide that will teach you how to:
¿Recognize, respond to, and receive the call of God on your life to pastor a mission-driven church in a small town,¿Fulfill your church's purpose by establishing your mission, declaring your vision, and embodying your core values,¿Grow wide and tall to build a church that never stops sowing good seed and producing good fruit,¿Identify your church's culture and make it more Christlike, and¿Grow what you have where you are right now!
In every small town there is the potential to grow a great church!

Johnny H. Moore is the pastor of Family Worship Center in Cairo, Georgia. After thirty years of pouring his life into the people of Cairo, Grady County, and the surrounding areas, Pastor Johnny has led a thriving and growing congregation in what many would consider an unlikely place. Pastor Johnny is married to his wife, Dianne, his true partner in ministry for over thirty-five years. He is also grateful for his three children-Joshua, Jonathan, and Anna-and their families serving in ministry alongside him.
