The gifted Arab child in Israel has been the subject of a very few studies. This book will describe the existing programs for the gifted in the three main Arab groups in Israel: Muslim, Christian, and Druze. The following chapters will focus both on present achievements and successes as well as on future plans for achieving further goals. When these goals are reached each Arab child will have an opportunity to fully material¿ze her or his potential. Hanna David earned her Ph.D from Ludwig Maximilians Universität, München. She has published 12 books and ~150 articles mainly in gifted education and psychology. Hanna had taught in colleges of education and the Ben Gurion University. She had worked at the Tel Aviv University for 25 years and now dedicates most of her time to private counseling.
