Biografische Anmerkung

The inspiration for the book was the intention to facilitate the plant care system by means of the latest growing technology, i.e. Mobile Technology. In the modern era, information and communication technology is gradually stretching its roots in the human life. It has done wonders for sustaining the human health. Many systems have been developed to instantaneously nurse back to human health in case of any mishap. But such progress could not be seen in case of plants health. The world, Particularly developing countries, often marked with a high population and vast rural areas are faced with critical plant care issues, lack of basic plant nurture programs and facilities, or shortage of skilled botanist at all places. Moreover plants cannot be easily ported to botanist to be looked after. This book provides an idea suggesting a farmer to submit the disease info, images/video of plant or his voice in the database, which will later be examined by the botanist. Farmer will be receiving the botanist solution of his problem on his mobile. Mobile Communication was preferred as it is the most up-to-date, reliable and simple, distributed and extensively used.
