Biografische Anmerkung

Fly ash is an industrial waste from coal fired power stations. It is a disposal problem. Nearly, 75 million tones of solid residue are generated each year. The quantities of pollute entering the environments as results of coal utilization increase with the steady growth in the amount of coal being utilized. Electric power generation requires large tonnage of varying quality of coals; therefore it is not possible to ignore trace and toxic elements present in coal. The environmental impact of emissions from coal is of course not only related to the quantity emitted but also to the chemical and physical stage of the emitted elements. There is a divergence in opinion about the use of fly ash in agriculture. Fly ash contains toxic elements like lead, zinc, antimony, and arsenic. Which inhibit crop growth. Fly ash particulate matter in the air reaches the Gastrointestinal tract and lungs; it causes asthma and related diseases of lungh. But the recent work on fly ash in the crop field reveals important results, Fly as is basic in nature and has been demonstrated.
