1,3,4-Oxadiazole acts as a versatile framework in organic synthesis and drug development due to exhibit useful and diverse biological activities. We summarizes recent instances of 1,3,4-Oxadiazole derivative. As interest in the synthesis of 1,3,4-Oxadiazole with different heterocycle derivatives has been ahead importance over past eras, reflecting the importance of such compounds in both medical and chemical research. Emphasis is placed on the search for innovative 1,3,4-Oxadiazole synthesis techniques and the diverse array of biological activities of 1,3,4-Oxadiazole. Future goals for this field of research include the discovery, synthesis and development of compounds which display increased potency, as well as fuelling structure activity relationship studies aimed at understanding the modes of action of the most biologically active compounds.



Manoj N. Bhoi was obtained his M.Sc. degree in organic chemistry in 2012 both from the Gujarat University, Ahmedabad (India). Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Hitesh D. Patel at the Chemistry Department of the Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. His research focuses on multicomponent reactions and asymmetric synthesis.
