This book discusses teacher's practice and curriculum implementation in EFL classroom. It explains the features and scope of curriculum, types of curriculum, curriculum design and implementation process, factors of implementing curriculum and problems in implementing ELT curriculum in EFL classroom. It focuses on the implementation phase of ELT curriculum and analyses the problems EFL teachers might undergo in the classroom. Finally the book suggests how the problem of curriculum implementation could be solved by the teachers, curriculum experts and ELT researchers in EFL context.

Md Rafiqul Islam is a Lecturer in ELT (On-leave) at Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology in Bangladesh.Presently he is working in China as a Foreign Expert in ELT. He obtained Masters in ELT from University of Brighton & MPhil in ELT from De Montfort University in UK. He is interested in theory practice, design and curriculum innovation.
