This book deals with the concept of immediate loading in implants. Immediate loading of a dental implant not only includes a non-submerged, one-stage surgery but also actually loads the implant with a provisional restoration at the same appointment or shortly thereafter. Primary stability of the implant fixture is a prime requisite for the success of any immediately loaded implant. Various clinical studies have shown high success rate with this concept.
