The book provides a detailed understanding of Kinship Verification. Kinship Verification is a new and emerging research topic for image processing and computer vision field. It is the task of verifying if there exists any kind of kinship relation between given pairs of facial images. A brief outline of Automatic kinship verification system from facial images is also provided. Dr. Toshanlal Meenpal is an Assistant Professor at NIT Raipur, India. He obtained his PhD from BARC, Mumbai. His research interests include Computer Vision, Image Understanding and Analysis, Multimedia Security techniques like Digital Watermarking, Steganography, Cryptography.
