Biografische Anmerkung

Study of erosion caused by the crucially important for various industries such as transportation of abrasive particles , production systems in oil and gas industries, hydraulic machines, pumps, mining industry etc. Failures caused by erosion have detrimental & severe safety issues as well as economic consequences. The need for durable span of service is very tuned to the reduction of the maintenance cost. This gives motivation for many research labs and industries for experimental testing of the slurry erosion. Thus there is need to have some basic study material which can enable the students, budding researchers and professional to provide testing guidelines for experimental methods of slurry flow wear. This book has been intended by the authors to serve this purpose at its outset.

Authors are currently working in the faculty position in reputed academic institutes in INDIA. They have vast teaching and research experience. They have published many research papers in various journals & conferences in the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics, Multi phase flow, Rheology & Combustion modelling.
