My book talks about growth and development that affects developing countries like Algeria and get out of the dependence on oil, which has caused a delay on all levels, then my approach can be a solution to this dependence, the idea of finding the concept, develop it, find the funding resources and finally the tools of application. the advantage that can suggest our approach is that we can take each chapter as a separate theme given the specificity of the approach that has its origin in this idea related to the crisis.
