Once a person gets saved through repentance unto God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, he is qualified to go straight to heaven. Once he comes to a loving, saving and abiding knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, he is ready to march, with the saints, straight into heaven. The only reason why a saved, sanctified and perfected person is left here on earth after salvation is that he may be a soul winner.
We are to daily and desperately win souls as if we won't have another day again on earth. And you can lead someone to the Lord anytime, anywhere using an array of methods such as sharing your faith, witnessing to Christ, preaching the Gospel, and evangelising publicly or privately.
