Pharmaceutical Analysis is a branch of practical chemistry that involves identification, determination, quantification and purification of a compound, separation of the components of a solution or mixture, or determination of structure of chemical compounds. So, considering plethora of application and wide utility of pharmaceutical analysis in pharmaceutical sciences, "Pharmaceutical Analysis: A Practical Manual" was designed. Dr. Randhir Singh Dahiya has done B. Pharmacy from Guru Jambeshwar University, Hisar, M. Pharmacy from Bharati Vidyapeeth Univeristy, Pune and Ph.D. from Punjabi University, Patiala, India. Presently, he is working as Associate Professor in M.M. College of Pharmacy, Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Mullana, Ambala, India. He has 10 years of research and academic experience. He was awarded Saroj V.N- Sharma Award. He got research grants from SERB (Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India) under Fast Track scheme for Young Scientist in 2013 and Central Council for Research in Homeopathy, Dept. of AYUSH in 2014. He has published more than 40 research and review articles in peer reviewed International Journals. He is member of editorial board for several journals. He has authored one International and two text books for B. Pharmacy course.
