About the Book

This book "Aaj Kal" contains a collection of Hindi poems for all readers. These poems are in both short and long format, bringing together the essence of "Hindi Kavita" as well as "Hindi/Urdu Shayari". The language uses a vocabulary mix of Hindi, and Urdu with an occasional sprinkling of a few English words. The poems in this book reflect a range of human emotions across dreams, ambitions, success, failure, relations, and appreciation of different facets of life. The poetry is based on real-world observations as well as the imagination, with the intent of leaving a "Reflection or Message" to the readers. The title "Aaj Kal" reflects aspects of - "Contemporary", "Change" and "Flow" in life and an interesting cocktail of the old and the new.

Pankaj Gupta is a seasoned business leader in Technology/ Internet space. He is an IIT Delhi and ISB graduate. He is also a speaker on Digital and Technology trends. He loves to explore the world, write Hindi poems and believes in lifelong learning.
