Cai Fang is a former vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a secretary-general of the presidium of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the member of the department, a chief expert of the national think tank of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People's Bank of China.
