She is a candidate for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Ohio Christian University. She has received training as a coach from World Coach Institute, an accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) program. She earned certificates as a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and Certified Career Coach (CCC) in 2009.
